    Does salsa still turn out good without using a blender or food processor?

    Yes. I actually prefer to dice up the ingredients rather than use machines because I prefer mine to be chunky. Using a blender or food processor can make the consistency too watery for me. I do the same thing when making gazpacho. Both come out nice and chunky.

    Just remember to remove the insides of your tomato, and only use the thick outer part. Other wise it will be really runny.
