I Asked the Tecnician what else it could be he just simply said that is something else in the house but didn't give me any options... Im desperated because I have a new born in the house! Help Please

The cool air is escaping somehow. Could be your house isn't properly insulated. Did you check all windows? Did you draw all blinds ? So, what is the 'something else' the tech mentioned ? Is it something you can correct ?

The tech didn't mention anything just that it could be so many things but did not give me one option even though I asked him like 5 times. How do I know if my house is not properly insulated?. I been here close to a year and the air was working good until now... Windows are all closed and all the blinds are down

So did they check your AC, take y our money and run ? If you weren't satisfied you have to go back to them and find out exactly what is going on. I get the impression you don't have a man around to help out with this problem. If you don't want to contact them again, you are going to have to call someone else for a second opinion. There has to be something wrong if all the setting are correct and your thermosrat is working properly.

If your AC worked okay last year, as you say, then something has changed.

What part of the country do you live in ?
