I've lived on my mothers property for over 18 years. She is now trying to evict me
She is now trying to evict me for reasons for which I am willing to fix. She and my sister who claims to be the property manager just wants me gone. They say I have too much drama in my life. Who doesn't. Can they just make me leave like that. I've lived out here longer than my sister.

Legally they only have to serve you the legal noitice to leave. Many places that is 30 days. If you don't leave they can have you evicted by the sheriff where your property gets put into the street..

Just an FYI only because you mentioned it, Everyone doesn't have constant major drama in their life. There are some people that create a lot of drama via choices and actions they make.

Can I assume you are an adult aged person? You are considered a tenant even though you may not have a lease or even pay rent. You can be evicted by mom if she follows the eviction process for your state. To get the specifics just Google your state name with the word eviction and you'll get what you need to know. Basic answer is YES

As noted, you are considered a resident on the property and as such you can be evicted but only by following the legal process for your area.
