    Repayment of an investment
    Have an investment with a usa company with offices in the uk would I be able to try to solve my problem in a uk court

    Problems in the USA HAVE to be resolved in the USA. Likewise issues in the UK have to be resolved in the UK. The UK courts have no jurisdiction for USA matters.
