    Civil Judgement
I have a judgement against me and my Uncle because of an accident 20 years ago. My Uncle is now deceased and they have a suspension on my license. I am trying to obtain a valid drivers license and I do not have $13,000 to pay. Is there no course I can take to get out of this?

Did they just get a judgment 20 years later? What about the statute of limitations. Or is this judgment one that is old and has continuously prevented your getting a license. Ever consider Bankruptcy? That was a historic dodge to get out of most such judgments for decades. Of course... since the laws on that have been rewritten I don't know if that would work any longer.

I assume you don't and haven't had the means to pay the judgment or you would have.

There are always Mopeds... they don't require a license to operate in any state I am aware of.
