    Hello t:

    If you're the victim being asked to submit something to the court, I would definitely include it. If you're the parent, and they want to include your child support payments into the formula they'll use to calculate your restitution payments, I'd object. If you have a lawyer, HE should object. He also should know the answer to your question.

    If you want to know something OTHER than what I guessed, you'll have to explain a little better. I did the best I could with what you gave me.
