Can child support income be included when a parent has to pay restitution

If you're the victim being asked to submit something to the court, I would definitely include it. If you're the parent, and they want to include your child support payments into the formula they'll use to calculate your restitution payments, I'd object. If you have a lawyer, HE should object.
