    I 864 AND I 485marriage based
    Hello!! I have same ouestion. Me and my husbant apply together for tax return for 2008. I have w-2 form because i did work for 2008. We are marrid 24 novembae 2008. We are now have a baby. And house hold size is 3 people. My housban is u.s. citizen. I have appruval notice for i -130 form. I have to aplay now for i 485 form. (green card. ) . Our income for 2008 is 24 430$ annual income.in form i-485p for 3 people is 22.887$, that mean we are icludin in that. Bat may question is:
    "are we need extra sponsor or not, because we are applay together for tax return 2008.

    Why would your husband need a sponsor if he is already a US citizen?

    I don't know what you are asking here.

    Are you asking if YOU need an additional sponsor?

    What about 2009 income? They want the current income level, not two years ago.

    Is an Attorney helping you apply?

    (You would have no way of knowing this but typing in capitals is the same as shouting at "us.")

    Hello Thank you so much!! I ask here because I don't kknow are we need aditional sponsor or not. We have to send minim 2 years tax return. For 2009 I don't work , my housbant just put my name because because I am his wife. And for 2009 I don't have w-2 form. I wory are we need a sponsor or not. Thank you.

    Yes , they are have income lavel. It is on the form I 485 P

    You should be the only one who may or may not need an additional sponsor.

    Is an Attorney working with you?

    If your husband's income is less than $22,888 (in 48 states) or $28,613 (in Alaska), or $26,325 (in Hawaii), you need joint sponsor.
