Why would your husband need a sponsor if he is already a US citizen?

I don't know what you are asking here.

Are you asking if YOU need an additional sponsor?

What about 2009 income? They want the current income level, not two years ago.

Is an Attorney helping you apply?

(You would have no way of knowing this but typing in capitals is the same as shouting at "us.")

Okay, but why does your HUSBAND need a sponsor if he is a US citizen?

You should be the only one who may or may not need an additional sponsor.

Is an Attorney working with you?

If your husband's income is less than $22,888 (in 48 states) or $28,613 (in Alaska), or $26,325 (in Hawaii), you need joint sponsor.
