    Ceiling Fan Stuck On Low
    I have a ceiling fan that seems to be stuck on the lowest setting. I have already replaced the capacitor and it did not fix the issue. When I spin the fan by hand there is no resistance. I'm trying to figure out what else might be wrong with it.
