    I need help losing weight!
    OK so here's the thing. I'm 14 and I weigh about 136 lbs and I want to lose weight (I'm hoping at least 36 lbs). I already know what I should do, I just need to know how to do it. Like what are some exercises I can do? What foods should I eat? What foods should I avoid?

    For a start, you probably don't need to lose anything like as much weight as that unless you are tiny.

    Cut out the junk food, and try to eat whole fresh food. Go very easy on soda, fries, sugar, white bread and pasta, and anything containing processed fats and sweeteners. Eat lots of eggs, oily fish, fresh meat and chicken, lots and lots of green vegetables, olive oil, some dairy, whole fruit, whole grains.

    For exercise, try go get a combination of cardio (things like running, jumping rope, kick boxing, dancing, cycling, swimming) and strength training. If you have no gym, then do them at home: squats, press-ups, pull-ups, dips, step-ups, lunges, plank, etc.

    Turn off the television (yes, it does make you fat) and go to bed early, enough sleep makes you lose weight.
