    I was placed in an insurance company but at the time of appointment they gave appoint
    Salary not paid when targets are not achieved if appointment letter has detail of salary distribution i.e. basic salary

    Sorry, but your question is a little hard to understand. From what I can gather...
    -you sell insurance.
    -you don't get paid if targets are not reached.

    Many sales companies ask you to "Validate" for a month (or any sales period) by selling a minimum number in production. Not hitting these targets can cause one not to get paid.

    Now, there is a difference between being on straight commission and having a salary + bonus. If this is the case, you should be paid salary even if you miss your bonus targets.

    my letter of intent contains basic p.m3000,hra 1200,ta 800, pf 360, pli 9640=total 15000ctc but still i didn't get anything after a month reason was no targets so no salary but i hav talked to many people they said it is wrong so now *** help me
