    Labor Laws PA
    I just gave two notice. Iam told I will lose my Vacation payout because I was required to give 4 weeks according to the handbook ( which I signed for )

    Is this legal

    Yes, if that is company policy. Example the company I work for you don't ever get your vacation payout of you quit.
    So if your handbook stated the rule, and you failed to follow it they are just following it.
