Reinstalling gas fireplace with fan-red connector came off does not turn on.. help
Had to remove our gas fireplace for some renovations and now I have reinstalled the fireplace the flame come on but not the fan. I notice the little red connector had come off and he put it back on without the red connector but the fan is not working... any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thank you Franni

How do I repair a gas fireplace fan that becomes warped and therefore noisy during operation after reaching very warm temperatures?
My gas fireplace turns on by a standard light switch. It responds immediately when it's turned on. When I turn the switch off, it takes 10-30 minutes for the flame to turn off. I checked all the wire connections and everything seems to be fine. Is the valve just sticking? Do I have to replace...
