    I have an expunged felony and wanted to know if the expungement remove it from my rec
    I have an expunged felony for a conviction of possessing a controlled substance, it was expunged in 2008; Will the expungement remove it from my record? Or, will it stay on my record permanently. If it will remove it how long does it take? In California.

    Umm that's what expungement means. However, It only expunges it from the public record. If you are arrested again, they will know about it.
