    Time dealy fuse when to know its bad in ac unit outside
    After a recent thunderstorm my airconditioning, the outside fan is not running though the blower inside is working. No cooling. I have abullet time delay fuse in the outside unit. The circuit breaker in the main panel is OK.

    Replace fuse,, see if it works

Have ac unit which has a 5amp fuse between the transformer and the thermostat-i turn the thermostat to fan and it blows air-but when I turn the heat or ac on it blows the fuse everytime-replaced capacitor and contactor on outside unit and still doing the same.
