    Can I protect note income from seizure from unsecured creditors?
    Certain types of income are protected from seizure such as annuities? Can I convert this note to an annuity by investing it or assign it to an LLC?

    There are time frames within which transfers must be made - the Feds are not stupid.

    I'm not filing anything. Have no judgements or suits yet. What do feds have to do with question? I will be dealing with unsecured creditors.
