The cap at the top of my outdoor faucet popped up and broke off how do I repair/
My outdoor faucet has a green cap that has popped off and water shoots out the top. It looks as if there is a white plastic grooved insert that is broken. My knob is fine just the green cap has come off and broken. How do I repair or do I need a whole new faucet?
