    Diet. Getting rid of belly fat is all about diet. Cut out all the sugar and white carbs (bread, pasta, rice, potato, cereals) and eat more protein and green vegetables. No junk or fast food, try to cook from scratch as much as possible. Cut out soda, even the diet ones.

    Try to get plenty of exercise, anything which makes you sweat and pant. You need to burn bodyfat all over to get rid of it in any one place.
