Outside AC unit runs constantly, but house is warm.
The heating/cooling system is running outside, but inside doesn't seem to be blowing enough. Bedrooms stay cool enough, but the living room temperature gets up to 6 degrees warmer than what we set it on. In the winter the living room stays very cold even though we set the temp fairly warm. The thermostat, which is located just off the living room, shows that it is running constantly, but I cannot feel it. We have a Tappan FT3BA-024KA.

This is going to take much more analysis than what I can provide in this forum. It is very possibly a poor duct design problem.

Is this a recent development or have you always had these problems? Is this a heat pump? Are you keeping up with filter changes and routine maintenance?
