    I am hep c positive and Im having these sharp pains in my right ribcage and it goes

    I would look into the gallbladder maybe. It is right there with your liver and it can cause back shoulder blade pain it did on me. But it could just be something wrong with your liver. I believe it s time to see a doctor. Good Luck!
