I am Hep c positive and I'm having these real sharp pains that go from my right ribcage to my shoulder blade?what is wrong with me?

I would look into the gallbladder maybe. It is right there with your liver and it can cause back shoulder blade pain it did on me. But it could just be something wrong with your liver. I believe it s time to see a doctor. Good Luck!
