    I have an accusation of grand larceny in the third degree
    I have an accusation of grand larceny of third degree in 1992 for an amount of $12000 approx. I donot live in the united states nor am I a citizen. For how much period are such cases current and can I get a lawyer to tell me the current status if any and do any plea bargaining for me. Thank you

    If you were "charged" and/or a warrant issued, it never expires ? Or did someone just accuse you and never press charges ?

    Please give more details of an arrest ? Formal charges ?
    Was there a court case that you failed to appear for ?
