    Atlanta timeshare lawyer
My fiancé died this year and I inherited his estate with no other beneficiaries. I am also the executrix. He has a Raintree vacation timeshare and they are sending me notices that I have to transfer it to my name and pay all outstanding maintenance and assessment and late fees. I don't want it. I can't close probate in GA until this is settled. Do I have to assume this? It doesn't expire till 2042.

The estate of course will owe any outstanding money to them for any fees up to this date. ( it would have to be paid out before money can be given out) It can be sold by the estate of course also. So if you don't want it, the estate can sell it.
