    Timeshare-need out
    I own 2 timeshares, I've tried to sell them but no luck,how do I get rid of these without being sued or putting a lien against my home? Yearly association fees are killing me ! I'm not working.:eek:

    Without being sued or having a lien ordered (judgment)? You sell them or find someone to assume the payments.
