    Cheap places to get good highlights
    Hi. I'm 13 and want nice, red highlights. I can't afford much more then maybe $40 for them. So does anyone know where I can go, in CANADA, to get nice, highlihghts done for under $40??

    Canada is a pretty big place honey. Talk to your mom, see if she'll take you where she goes.

    You. I know that canada is a big place. I have asked my mom and she can't afford to take me to where we normaly get our hair done, so I tried asking here to see if there were places. Specifically in kanata, ontario.

    Why not just call around to various shops in your area to get their rates?

    You also might try a Beauty School. Many times they allow their students to do hair procedures at a much reduced rate. They usually do a good job because they have teachers overseeing everything they do.
