Hi. I'm 13 and want nice, red highlights. I can't afford much more then maybe $40 for them. So does anyone know where I can go, in CANADA, to get nice, highlihghts done for under $40??

Why not just call around to various shops in your area to get their rates?

You also might try a Beauty School. Many times they allow their students to do hair procedures at a much reduced rate. They usually do a good job because they have teachers overseeing everything they do.
