    Dryer not heating, replaced/tested LOTS.
Im at a complete loss with my dryer. It runs but does not get heat. I have redid the wire from the breaker to the outlet. Replaced the outlet and breaker. I have tested every component in the dryer. Everything has continuity . Bought a new dryer hooked it up and it doesn’t heat either. Tested everything on it and its all fine. I replaced the wire with 10/3. Am I missing something? Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Have you checked voltage at the dryer outlet? You should have 120 volts between each hot and the neutral. You should have 240 volts between the two hot terminals. Is your outlet a 3 or 4 wire type. Your breaker is a double breaker isn't it, not two separate breakers? When you say the wire is 10/3 you do mean 10/3 with a ground don't you (4 wires)?
