    What if your son moved into a room out in a shed and I want to evict him how can I do
    He moved into the shed with the intentions of moving out within two weeks. Now he is causing the same drama around the house as before. What do I have to do to evict him now?

    The "shed" issue since it is not a legal living space, but just evict him, give him notice and if he does not move out, file for formal eviction in court.
