You are asking if you can marry a woman who is divorced? You are divorced also? What is your faith?

Not if she is still married and you are still married , so no you cannot marry someone who is still married and while you're still married.

If she were divorced, you still could not marry her because you are still married.

If you were divorced you could not marry her cause she's still married.

Could you please give a bit information such as what country you are in (different countries have different laws)? Are you talking about a religious divorce, a secular divorce or both?

Are you saying that you have a wife you are currently married to? Are you wanting to make her your second wife (two wives in one home)? Does she know or understand what your marital status is?

I am not aware of any Country which would recognize a marriage between a Christian married woman and a man who may or may not be married. I don't understand what "this will be my second" means. Second wife? Second marriage? Something else. Kat asked good questions - what religion?

Why not just both get divorces and then marry each other? Why is that out of the question?

If you live in a country that allows more than one wife, can the wife have more than one husband ?

If she can not have more than one husband, she will need a divorce first.
