    Electrical Wiring Help
I have an electrical wiring problem that I would like some help with. I don't know much about electrical, and, as such have added a diagram to help describe the situation. The jist of the scenario is I have two switches outside that were used to control two different lights but would like to add a fan so that one switch controls both lights and one switch controls the fan. I would also like to add two switches inside the house to control those same two fixtures (fixture switch one controls the lights and fixture switch two controls the fan). The switches outside have the 14/2 power in. I already bought two 3-way switches for the inside, I assume I will need two more for the outside. To help clarify my diagram, if the lines aren't touching anything I haven't actually wired them. I have drawn a diagram but don't know how to upload it on here.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my question.

Not seeing the diagram at media fire.

Use the Advanced option to reply, and at the top you will see a paperclip, that is used to attach files, pictures, sketches, etc.

Of course, that is when using an old skin, I have no idea what skin you see, and if your using one of the new ones, then I am not familiar with those and cannot help.

Perhaps, if you still have problems, contact Admin for assitance.

Questions such as this are difficult to answer, in words, and doing up sketches are not my strong point.

See attached wiring diagram, you need to arrange your cabling to get it wired like this.

Advice on Three Way Switches and Other Power Sources
After you go to the above link, look through the scenarios.
For 3 way switching, you need a pair of travellers between each set of switches.
To do what you want, you need more wires or X10 Type switching.
