    Do I have any rights
    I'm about to finish paying for an holiday that as been sold to me as a 4star hotel, I'v just found out that it not even a 1star, this hotel is filthy, the place is in bad state off repair, and rooms are getting broken into and managemet accusing the gest, food being left out all day and people being ill, all in all the hotle is discusting, and I'm just wondering what are my right when I go to the travel agents tomorrow and confront them with these issue. Thank you.

    Do you have documentation for all of your claims? What country is the booking agent in?

    All I have is pictures and reviews off tripadvisor.co.uk. England greater manchester.

    First you need to prove that the holiday was advertised as a 4 star hotel. If you can prove that's what you paid for and you have pictures and other reviews that contradict the ads, then you may be able to recover your costs. You can contact a solicitor to advise you of your chances. Not sure if the UK has the US equivalent of small claims courts, but if they do, you can try filing there.
