I'm about to finish paying for an holiday that as been sold to me as a 4star hotel, I'v just found out that it not even a 1star, this hotel is filthy, the place is in bad state off repair, and rooms are getting broken into and managemet accusing the gest, food being left out all day and people being ill, all in all the hotle is discusting, and I'm just wondering what are my right when I go to the travel agents tomorrow and confront them with these issue.
