    Nunciata- I will need a couple more questions answered in order to give you the answers to your questions #1- {CAN YOU GIVE ME THE NAMES OF THE SIGNATURES
    THAT IS ON There FRONT;;#2- WHAT IS THE LETTER THAT IS INSIDE THE SEAL ON THE LEFT END OF THE FRONT SIDE THERE ARE 12 DISTRICTS ACROOS THE USA AND IT STARTS ON THE east coast AT boston which is A! Newyork is B2 and san francisco calf.
