Is there a source for Monthly Mortgage Loan Default and Foreclosure Sale statistics, broken down by county, specifically in New Jersey? I'm trying to chart these statistics on a monthly basis going back to Jan, 2006 and moving forward

The best way to do something in today's economy' is to ask your mortgage lender to work with your budget. Lower your interest and make payment on the principal. This is just idea.
