    Mortgage Loan Default statistics
    Is there a source for Monthly Mortgage Loan Default and Foreclosure Sale statistics, broken down by county, specifically in New Jersey? I'm trying to chart these statistics on a monthly basis going back to Jan, 2006 and moving forward

    I think this site should be able to provide you all the numbers and up to the minute results they have in. I hope this helps...

    Refinancing may not be the answer. How can I qualify to make this kind of statement.
    I just heard one of the great speaker and he said, the economy is in bad shape. If, you do refiance it will add more interest in your principal. The best way to do something in today's economy' is to ask your mortgage lender to work with your budget. Lower your interest and make payment on the principal. This is just idea.
