    Arbitration
Is arbitration with a car dealership mostly fair? I have sufficient evidence and witnesses I just fear I might be stuck doing arbitration instead of small claims like I want to do. If so, how to I go about issuing a demand for arbitration?

    Hello m:

In small claims, you've got one judge. In arbitration, you've got one arbitrator. Both are lawyers. It's really the same process with different names. One isn't necessarily more fair than the other.

I hope you can give a little advise. I have fallen behind on my credit cards and now am being threatened with binding arbitration.
