    Arbitration
I just received a notice about an arbitration hearing for a credit card account with Chase Bank through Mann Bracken. This is the only piece of information I have received from this company. I never received ANYTHING else from them. I sent in my response asking for validation of the debt. What should I expect to happen now?

We were just hit bad by Mann Bracken. They just levied our checking account after they told us they were setting up a new court date - see my posting troubledintennessee about 8 above yours. They are very sneaky. They promised to work out a payment plan and even reschedule a court date as I was going through chemo during the first hearing. They completely lied to us. I hope & pray you have better luck, but watch your bank account and do everything in writing with them. I wish I could offer more help but all I can offer is they were very sneaky with us and did us wrong, good luck.

I hope you can give a little advise. I have fallen behind on my credit cards and now am being threatened with binding arbitration.
