    Fathers rights to see his kids
    My cousin had 3 kids with his ex girlfriend they lived together for 6years then she left him and took the kids with her but she would let them come over ever other weekend witch worked out for him. But then she started dating another guy then she moved with him out of state and took the boys with her. He has been paying his child suport and she agreed to send the boys down for the whole summer till school started back up. But when end of may came around he called her to work out the date/time but then she told him she didn't want him to see or talk to the kids until they are older and could choose for themselves if they wanted to have anything to do with him. He wants to know what he can do so that he can talk/see him kids agine

    He needs to go to court and assert his rights. Get visitation by court order. He should have done this as soon as the games started.

    The only way to get and enforce child visits is to have a court order, it should have been done when he went to court and got court ordered child support done

    If he had gone to establish custody and visitation when she first left him, he wouldn't be in this fix. She wouldn't have been allowed to leave the state without his permission and she couldn't just change her mind about things. Now he will have to file where the children currently live and fight for visitation rights.
