    Leaving the state my kids with out fathers permision
    I am looking at relocating myself and my children to another state and don't know what legal rights I have to do so, if any one is able to help me it would be great to know. Thanks jonezy09

    If it changes a court ordered visitation plan or custody agreement, you need both his and the court's permission to move.

    Meaning - if he has the kids every other weekend, you cannot just move.
