What does your contract with them say?

If there is no mention of charge to remove tank(in contract) and if u do not pay a rental charge, tell them they can't have the tank.

There are usually hidden fees that push u into not changing companies.

This is not a legal statement, just my opinion.

Usually not but creahands is right, read your agreement. No mention of a fee tell them to take a hike and you are going to start charging them for a parking space. Did you break your agrement or did it run out and not renew, big difference in my answer depending on your answer

TW and WC on a propane tank [ 1 Answers ]

What do those stand for? I was looking on some of the common sized ones, and the TW was about 18 - 17.5, 18.9, etc. The WC was closer to 48. Most of the places exchanging tanks here only put in 17-18 pounds which is much less than the tank would hold if the WC is the weight charged, or weight...
