H1B renewal in US or abroad?
H1B will expire after 4 months, this is my first 3 years. My initial H1B was issued in the US Consulate out of the US, do I have to travel out of the US to renew it or can it be renewed while I'm in the US.
    Thanks.

visa must be re-issued at the US consulate outside the US. If you are in valid H-1B status and inside the US, you can file for an extension of the I-94 to allow you to continue employment. You can then apply for the visa for travel at some time after that.
