Fan not starting all time, could it be capacitor. Unit is bryant697c.

Fan not starting all time, could it be capacitor. Unit is bryant697c.

Fan outside unit bryant697c will hum and not start or start right up. Think its capacitor ,seems to be cooling otherwise. Trying to run down capacitor part no.
