    How to Install Ground Wire?
    I have a 2 pronged outlet and a 2 pronged plug with a ground wire attached. The ac has a 3 pronged plug that can be plugged into the 2 prong plug. Where does the ground wire attach?

    Don's questions should be answered because this could be drawing 20 amps from a 15 amp circuit so please check. The answer to your specific question is not so easy since we really aren't sure what you are asking yet. That 2 prong plug, does it have a small clip on the side, usually greenish?
