I am 29 yr old, 3 yrs back got married. I got aborted when I was 5 months pregnant in month of Jan 2010. From past 2 months I am trying to get pregnant.

21st MAY 2010 was my last period date. I consulted doctor as per her advice I took Siphene 50 mg tablet for 5 days.



First Scan was taken on 1st JUN 2010, as per scan report at Right ovary two follicles F1=23mmx21mm, F2=20mmx20mm were present and at Left ovary one Follicle F1= 16.8mmx16mm, on 2nd JUN 2010.



On 2nd JUN 2010 morning doctor gave HUCOG 5000U injection for rupturing of Follicle, in evening took 2nd SCAN as per report at Right ovary both Follicals F1, F2 got ruptured and atLeft ovary F1=17mmx18mm still present. Doctor said to stay with husband for 3 days.



On 16th JUN 2010 I got stomach pain felt like menstrual cycle is about to start and even next day felt same kind of pain, now no pain is felt.

20th JUN 2010 I took pregnancy test morning on. It came negative. I’m very much worried. What is the chances of pregnancy? Please tell me is it a pregnant indication or menstrual cycle . Kindly suggest me when do I need to take Pregnancy test.

and also suggest me Out of different kinds of pregnency test i.e Home pregnency test, and Unrine test or Blood test in lab. Which test would give accurate result??

Your chances may be a bit higher than most, since you know you were actually ovulating, but timing is just part of it. I would give it another week and see whether your period shows up. If no period, test at that time.

Most home urine tests are quite accurate after a missed period. Urine tests at the doctors are often the same as many you can use at home on your own. A blood test will often pick up a pregnancy sooner than a urine test however.
