Question about divorce mediation in Florida
I filed for divorce in Florida. I was married to a forign national. When trying to determine assest value [money in joint accounts] the mediator used inacurate figures when coming to a distribution of monetary assets. I am a totally disabled vet due to an injury that is service connected and I suffer from chronic pain and this affected my understanding in his final determination of the assest split. At the time I do not believe I was thinking clearly due to the influence of pain and not able to make a sound judgement as to a fair decision although I signed the mediation document. After I recovered and my mind was clearer I realized the settlement was not fair. Can I come back to the judge who has to sign off on the agreement and ask for a reevaluation of the facts do to my condition?

Chances are slim because you signed the documents already. You had the right not to sign. At this point you might just want to cut your losses and get your life back. The extra stress of fighting can't be good for your health.
