    Can I install a toilet with 12
    My flange bolts are 11-3/8" from the wall. can I use a toilet with a 12" base

    Hi DDclick...

    Yes, a 12" rough in toilet should fit perfectly with a 11 3/8" rough in. Here, toilets with a 12" rough usually have between 1-3" between the toilet tank and the finished wall after installation. At 11 3/8" it could be close or the toilet tank could still be up to 2.5" off the finished wall! You should be all set!

    Out in them field we rough our toilets in at 12" to center. With the finished wall that will give you about a 11 1/2" set.
