    Maternal last name
I live in Ohio & am pregnant. I am not married and want to give my baby my last name. He doesn't agree and wants the baby to have his last name. He said he would take me to court to change it once paternity was established. Can he do that or can a judge force me to change my baby's last name?

No, normally not, he can establish paternity, which you actually need to do, so you can file for child support.
