    I been charged with second degree theft by deception but I'm been frame I don't know
    I'm been charged 2 degree theft by deception I'm been frame no prios or any trouble with the law just with my lincesed parking ticket etc no dui no dwi nothing do I have a good chance to get probation

    Where? If you were framed and are innocent, why not either retain an Attorney or asked for assigned counsel and fight the charge?

    If you're innocent, the state will have a very hard time proving that you're not. Get a lawyer, and fight for your freedom.
