    Outside blower won't come on
    Carrier whole house air conditioner won't work. Seems to be fine inside, but the outside blower will not run.

    Check the circuit breakers inside and the circuit breaker or fuses in the outdoor disconnect which should be next to or very close to the outside unit.

    Found the problem. The wire was cut when we trimmed the bushes near the blower. Thanks for your help.
